The DB Tabeer base beer was rested in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for 8 months, then split into 3 variants with their own unique treatment.
 
DB Tabeer Vanilla next went into select Willett Family Estate Rye 9yr for 20 months, then was conditioned on a select blend of whole vanilla beans for a silky smooth drinking experience.
 
DB Tabeer Coconut transferred for 20 months into Martinique Rhum barrels then was dosed with a pile of house-toasted and untoasted coconut – just what the Dr. ordered for a Carribbean vacation in your mouth.
 
DB Tabeer Cinnamon/Cocoa spent 20 months in BLiS maple syrup barrels. Whole cocoa nibs from Asheville-based French Broad Chocolates and whole Ceylon cinnamon sticks joined forces to make DBTCC a sticky bun in a glass – decadent!
 
✅Lastly, DB Tabeer All Junc’t Up is a thoughtful blend of the three variants, seeking a delicious balance of all the characteristics within each variant.
