Description
This beer is the result of a friendship brew we hosted with Birds Fly South Ale Project of Greenville, SC. We took an IPA base, fermented it with a funky yeast that Birds brought, then aged it in our funky puncheon with our favorite strain of Brettanomyces for a few months do develop a lovely fruity funk character. We then dry-hopped it like an IPA, and bottle conditioned it for that perfect spritzy character. Birds of a feather!
