When a respected brewer travels all the way from Greeley Colorado to Boiling Springs for a wood-aged beer fest, you don’t pass up the opportunity to make a beer together! Kyle came out a couple days early before our 2023 Woodstock Beer Festival, and we made a stout the Wiley Roots way. Most of that we laid to rest in barrels from our friends at Teconic Distillery in Stanfordville, New York. After resting patiently there for 21 months, we have infused the precious liquid with house toasted coconut and Comoros Vanilla.
