Zach came down from Shelby and showed us how it’s done, we cranked out this decocted foeder pils using a combination of domestic pilsner malt, and fine German hops, and after a long slow fermentation and conditioning, we treated it to an infusion of fresh picked whole hop Amarillo overnighted straight from Oregon. Candied orange peels and cannabis adorn this lovely and complex crispy lager. Shady Grove, My Little Love indeed! Collab with Newgrass Brewing, Shelby NC – 4.7% ABV
