Sonata con Legno Single Can
$4.25 USD
Sonata in music means “played” as opposed to sung. Con Legno means “with wood”, referring to a special technique where an orchestral string musician plays the body of the instrument instead of the strings. Combining the two gives us “Played With Wood”, as this beer represents our first foray into wood fermented lagers. For the first Con Legno installment, we wanted a hearty malty base beer, so here’s a delicious amber traditional German Marzen, dry and crisp with notes of caramel and toast, untraditionally fermented in an American Oak Foeder – which amplifies the vanilla and nutty characteristics. Prost, we’ll play on! 5.8% ABV
